Design, build and deliver a 6,500 sq.ft. addition onto an existing 6,500 sq.ft. floor plate. Renovated the existing site while developing and managing the construction of the new area. New video conferencing facility, executive office space, client reception and meeting rooms.

To renovate office space for the company's 375th anniversary. To blend Armenian heritage with contemporary design.
Project
Design and build 7,000 sq.ft. addition and Hand painted stone on walls and columns renovate 25,000 sq.ft. of existing office space. Custom reception desk Redesign of open atrium. Renovate and innovative fabrics and finishes to reference refurbish cymbal test room. Design of conference Armenian heritage rooms and presentation spaces to reflect latest technology.

After signing long term lease, Nellie Mae's goal was to establish a lasting corporate identity that would not quickly feel dated. Attention was given to color finishes to meet client culture. Custom furniture was design and built to enhance functionality of space.
